Nice was nice :) Pardon the pun. But it was. It was a nice relaxing way to end the trip. We spent our days on the beach. I slept in late, went to the beach and got a tan. The atmosphere was very casual and laid back. The weather was nice. Hot, but with a good breeze coming off the ocean. The scenery was beautiful. Our first night in Nice we went out to the beach at night. It was so peaceful. We just sat and talked about the things we'd done and seen and the things we'd miss. We even saw a happy couple out on a bouy.
Cydney and I had a good time in Nice. We spent one afternoon shopping. Well, she shopped, I watched her shop. It was fun though. They had some good prices on a lot of cute clothes. Sadly, they were one size fits all. And when they say one size fits all, they mean all that are under a size 6. But I still had a good time with Cydney. That night we went to a little cafe and had some drinks. It was really fun. The drinks had little paper parrots in them. We had a lot to drink that night, as you can tell by the bottom picture, and of course the picture of Cydney holding up a stein of beer bigger than her head.
 
I spent some time with people I hadn't done too much with during the rest of the trip. It was mostly girls, with a couple of guys. We'd all do our own thing during the day, then go somewhere nice for dinner. We had a good time and it was nice to get to know the other people on the trip. On the last day in Nice one of our guys had a birthday, so it was fun to celebrate that with him. And what a place to be for your birthday.
